Hristov & Partners acted for CTP on the acquisition of Sofcor Logistics, a park operator in Sofia, from the international developer Cordeel Group N.V. in what is the largest deal (in value) in the logistics real estate sector year to date. Hristov & Partners’ team included partners Pavel Hristov, Biliana Shagova, senior associate Dragomir Stefanov and of counsel Kremena Stoyanova.
