Attorney at law, admitted to the Bulgarian Bar Association

Pavel is a corporate and competition lawyer. His main areas of practice include general corporate matters, domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, antitrust and competition law matters like merger filings, cartel and abuse of dominance investigations, state aid and public procurement.

Pavel has practised as a foreign qualified attorney in the corporate departments of two leading international law firms in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

Pavel is recognized as an expert in Corporate, M&A and Commercial and EU and Competition Law and ranked by the international legal directories The Legal 500 EMEA, Chambers & Partners Europe, Chambers & Partners Global, IFLR1000 and PLC Which Lawyer.
