Attorney at law, admitted to the Bulgarian Bar Association and a member of the International Bar Association.

Pavel is a corporate and competition lawyer and his main areas of practice include general corporate matters, domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, antitrust and competition law matters like merger filings, cartel and abuse of dominance investigations, state aid and public procurement.

Pavel has practiced in the corporate departments of two leading international law firms in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

Pavel is recognized as an expert in Corporate, M&A and Commercial and EU and Competition Law and ranked by the international legal directories The Legal 500 EMEA, Chambers & Partners Europe, Chambers & Partners Global, IFLR1000 and PLC Which Lawyer.
