Biography

Attorney at law, admitted to the Bulgarian Bar Association.

Georgi is a commercial law specialist and a seasoned litigator. His main areas of practice include Civil, Commercial and Administrative Law. Georgi advises on contentious and non-contentious legal issues, relating to contracts, corporate governance and compliance, intellectual property, consumer products and hotels and leisure.

Georgi represents clients before the national authorities and state agencies, the national courts and arbitration institutions at all levels.

Georgi is an Assistant Professor in Civil Litigation at the Law Faculty of Plovdiv University.

He has also been regularly appointed as an Independent Expert to the Directorate-General for Justice&Consumers (DG JUST) of the European Commission and the Research Executive Agency (REA) – a funding body created by the EC to foster excellence in research and innovation.
